The internationally acclaimed “Hampton’s Film Festival“ kicks off its fall 2009 series on Thursday October 8th through October 12th, on the world famous East End of Long Island,  just a few hours drive from downtown Manhattan. Although the event’s HQ is in East Hampton, the festival will be featuring additional venues in Southampton, Sag Harbor and Montauk.

This year’s special honoree will be Sharon Stone ( Basic Instinct , Casino ) who will be awarded with the festival’s “Outstanding Achievement in Acting” prize.  Tickets are selling briskly and accommodations are going fast.
